EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION PROGRAM

An online space for employees to be recognised for their work and to encourage them to continue achieving, it had to be friendly and easy to use. The dashboards had to be consistent with brand guidelines whilst generating enough interest to keep employees engaged. The look and feel adhering  to the luxury credentials of the Mercedes Benz brand.

REGULAR CONTACT AND INTERACTION

ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR

The hub would be regularly accessed requiring a user friendly interface that would allow ease of navigation across a lot of information. Email campaigns were designed, knowing they were to be used and edited by the client, they needed to be easily accessible and have a consistent style. The imagery needed to be eye-catching but on brand, drawing in the recipient instantly, every image was intentionally sourced and approved before being used on the site.

INVITING, INCLUSIVE

FIRST DESIGN TO SIGN OFF : 10 DAYS

The Accelerate program needed to generate interest for the employees, it was created and the interface designed to encourage and inspire. There were subtle elements of fun within the design to keep an inclusive tone of voice whilst keeping within the professional space and guidelines. A feature was created for employees to add their own photos and bio's, helping to create a level of personality and familiarity.
