The design of a new employee reward, recognition and communication domain for NFU Mutual. The site was a brand new online space for employees, after the idea was developed the brief required strong focus on user experience, as it was user input that would decide whether the idea would become a success. The new domain had to attract employees and keep them coming back in order for it to succeed, this had to be achieved organically.
A NEW PLATFORM, DESIGNED TO INSPIRE

The website needed to be user friendly, a space that employees would want to visit regularly and feel comfortable recognising each other’s merits publicly. Somewhere employees could quickly become familiar and a space that generated habitual interaction, as accesible and captive as social media sites such as Facebook or Twitter. Aesthetically the site needed to remain professional and correspond with the NFU brand.

A clean and crisp interface that would catch and then hold attention. Time spent creating user friendly pathways, as well as 'reward' for user interaction with animation and recognition features. Definition, bright colour palette and generous white space to reinforce brand identity. Appropriate imagery sourced and edited to suit colour palette and brand heritage.
